This policy describes how Go Home Fitters uses the information you submit when requesting a home improvement consultation.

Information you provide

The inquiry form requires your name, email address and ZIP code. You may also provide your phone number, selected service, project notes, street address and text message preference. The request includes its source page and any service, town or state associated with that page so we can understand your inquiry.

How we use and store your inquiry

We use these details to review your project, discuss service availability, respond to questions and arrange next steps. Inquiry details are stored on our website server and sent to a Google spreadsheet used to manage requests. We do not sell the information you submit through the inquiry form.

Phone numbers and text updates

Providing a phone number is optional. The text message checkbox is also optional and is not required to request a quote. If selected, it allows messages about your project and scheduling; it does not request marketing messages. Reply STOP to opt out of text updates.

Questions and deletion requests

Email info@gohomefitters.com to ask about this policy, correct your inquiry details or request deletion. Include the email address you used for your inquiry so we can identify the relevant request.
